1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Quicki is intended solely for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that an individual under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will delete or anonymize that information immediately. a. Account and Profile Information
Name, email, mobile phone number, date of birth, username, gender, and bio. You may also provide optional preferences, event details, and gift lists.

b. User Inputs, Photo Uploads & Biometric Disclaimer
To use our AI features or request custom merchandise (such as personalized T-shirts), you may upload photos or text prompts ("User Inputs").

No Biometric Data Collection: Photos submitted for visual rendering, custom shirt design, or stylized avatars are processed strictly to render the requested image output. We do not extract facial geometry, create face templates, or scan biometric identifiers from your uploads.

License to Use Content: You retain ownership of your original User Inputs. By using the Services, you grant Quicki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify, and process your User Inputs specifically for the purpose of operating, developing, and fulfilling requested Services.

Rights to AI Outputs: You acknowledge that generated outputs ("AI Outputs") are created using proprietary algorithms, styles, and logic. Quicki grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share the AI Outputs generated for your account for non-commercial purposes.

c. Transaction and Fulfillment Data
If you purchase a subscription or physical product, we collect payment details (processed via third-party payment gateways) and shipping addresses.

d. Technical Data & Cookies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect device information, IP address, and browser type. We also use "Affiliate Cookies" to track when you click a link to a third-party retailer (such as Amazon) so we can be credited for referral commissions.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Services: To generate personalized AI suggestions, manage your account, and deliver SMS verification/notification alerts.
• Fulfillment: To print and ship custom physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts) to your designated address.
• Affiliate Attribution: To track clicks on product links and earn affiliate commissions.
• Communication: To send account updates, security alerts, customer support responses, and optional opt-in SMS notification messages.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Aggregated Analytics: We may share aggregated, anonymized statistical data (e.g., total count of users viewing a product category) with third-party vendors. This aggregated data contains no personally identifiable information.

5. Community Features and Moderation

Quicki may offer social or community features ("Wild Cards"):

• Public Posts: Content posted to community sections may be visible to other registered users.

6. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material hosted on Quicki infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA Notice to our designated agent at support@quicki.ai containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

Account Deletion & Anonymization: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@quicki.ai. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we scrub and anonymize your personal identifiers (replacing your name, email address, and phone number with non-identifiable placeholders). The remaining disassociated historical activity is soft-deleted or retained strictly as anonymized data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and system analytics.

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk.
